It’s our mission to serve you the freshest, small batch ice cream imaginable. In order to do that we make all our products with only the best locally sourced ingredients. From our dairy, to our fruits & vegetables as well as the baked goods we use to make our ice cream, our products will always be made daily, fresh and local.

Who We Are

For mother-daughter team Tula McDougal and Christiana Barabe, it was always a dream to one day work together to build a business of their own. In 2020, they found themselves at a crossroads in their respective careers, and the time was right to move forward with their dream. 

With a Masters degree in Vineyard and Winery Management from Bordeaux, France, Christiana's love of food, wine, and travel influence the many and varied flavors, ingredients, and partnerships they have forged with local vendors and organizations. 

Tula has had a 30+ year career as an executive in the corporate world of housewares and gourmet cookware. Her passion for baking, hospitality, and love of making ice cream paved the way for Honeycone to become a reality.
